Fumiko Chino, MD

Dr. Chino is an Assistant Attending specializing in the treatment of Breast and Gynecological Cancers at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. As a past ROI research award recipient for her work to document the financial toxicity of radiation treatment, she is giving back to the community that supported her as a member of the ROI President's Circle and a volunteer on the ROI Development Committee. 

Jerry Jaboin, MD, PhD

Dr. Jaboin is Chair of the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He gives to the ROI to help support a bright future for the field of radiation oncology that he believes is dependent upon investing in creativity and innovation. 

Join Y. Luh, MD

Dr. Luh is a radiation oncologist at St. Joseph Hospital in Eureka, California. He supports the ROI as a member of the ROI Founders' Circle and President's Circle because it gives radiation oncology investigators a lifeline to initiate and continue the research that defines the important role radiation oncology plays in cancer treatment. Dr. Luh is also the Vice-Chair of the ROI Development Committee. 

Peter Hulick, MD, MS, FASTRO

Dr. Hulick is an Emeritus member of ASTRO and a long-time supporter of the ROI as both a donor and volunteer. He is a member of the ROI Founder's Circle and recently made a President's Circle gift in honor of Dr. Thomas Eichler to recognize his hard work and dedication as ASTRO President and Chair during a very challenging time.

Shauna Campbell, DO

Dr. Campbell is a Radiation Oncologist at the Cleveland Clinic Cancer Center and the immediate past chair of the Association of Residents in Radiation Oncology (ARRO). By making a monthly gift, Dr. Campbell is a member of the ROI Sustainers' Circle. She is also an active volunteer, currently serving on the ROI Research Committee.

Louis S. Constine, MD, FASTRO

Dr. Constine is The Philip Rubin Professor of Radiation Oncology and Pediatrics and Vice Chair of the Department of Radiation Oncology at the James P. Wilmot Cancer Institute at the University of Rochester Medical Center in Rochester, N.Y. He is an active ASTRO member and he and his wife Sally are Mentors in the ROI Founders' Circle of Investors.

Daniel W. Golden, MD and Ryan Bair, MD

Dr. Golden and Dr. Bair are the Senior Editors of RadOncQuestions.com, an ROI corporate donor. Dr. Golden is an assistant professor of radiation and cellular oncology at The University of Chicago Medicine and Dr. Bair is a radiation oncologist at Gamma West Cancer Services.

Tim Guertin

Mr. Guertin is CEO Emeritus of Varian Medical Systems and a long-time supporter of the ROI. A Benefactor level member of the Founders' Circle, he recently made a gift to fund the new ROI Legacy Challenge and encourage members of the radiation oncology community to indicate their intent to make a planned gift to the ROI. 

James P. Hoey, MBA

James P. Hoey, MBA, is Executive Chairman and Head of External Relations at Elekta Holdings. Mr. Hoey serves on the ROI Board of Trustees and is a Benefactor in the ROI Founders' Circle.

Joseph Jachinowski, MS

Joe Jachinowski is CEO of Mevion Medical Systems in Littleton, Mass. He is a Benefactor in the ROI Founders' Circle and a member of the ROI Board of Trustees.

Michelle Kim, MD

Dr. Kim is an assistant professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Michigan. Dr. Kim is a mentor in the ROI's Founders' Circle.

Ritsuko Komaki-Cox, MD, FASTRO

Dr. Komaki-Cox is Professor of Radiation Oncology at Baylor College of Medicine and Professor Emeritus at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She is a long-time member of the ROI Founders' Circle and recently made a generous gift to fund residents' research. 

Deborah A. Kuban, MD, FASTRO

Dr. Kuban is professor of radiation oncology, genitourinary section chief and medical director of the Multidisciplinary Prostate Cancer Clinic at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. She is a Trustee in the ROI Founders' Circle and ROI President.

Colleen A.F. Lawton, MD, FASTRO

Dr. Lawton is Professor and Vice-Chair of the Department of Radiation Oncology; the Clinical Director, Radiation Oncology, Froedtert & Medical College Clinical Cancer Center; and Associate Director, Radiation Oncology Medical Residency Program at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She is also Vice-president of the ROI and a Trustee in the Founders' Circle.

Patrick Linson, MD MPH

Dr. Linson is a radiation oncologist at Scripps MD Anderson Cancer Center where he specializes in the treatment of prostate cancer, thoracic malignancies and brain tumors. He became a member of the ROI Founders' Circle after hearing about the many meaningful and relevant research projects that the Institute supports and encouraged his colleagues to give generously as well. 

Constantine "Connie" Mantz, MD

Dr. Mantz serves as Chief Policy Officer for 21st Century Oncology. He is a member of the ROI Founders' Circle because he acknowledges the large gap that exists in research funding with the need for critical research to grow the value of clinical services. Dr. Mantz understands that if we imagine our field of medicine having a healthy future, then we need to increasingly consider addressing the gap of research funding with our own contributions.

Douglas Martin, MD

Douglas Martin, MD, is a generous supporter of the ROI as a member of the Founders’ Circle and the 2019 President’s Circle. He also ran the ROI 5K with his son Chris at the ASTRO Annual Meeting in Chicago.
 

Brian Marples, PhD

Dr. Marples is a Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Rochester and Vice-Chair of the ASTRO Science Council. He became a member of the ROI President's Circle after learning about some of the ROI's recent research funding successes, and chose to make his gift on a monthly basis to fit his budget. 

Yashbir Mehta, MD, FACRO

Dr. Mehta leads the Advanced Radiation Oncology Center, a free-standing, physician-owned facility in Illinois. He is a Patron in the ROI Founders’ Circle.

William Mendenhall, MD, FASTRO and Nancy Mendenhall, MD, FASTRO

Drs. Nancy and Bill Mendenhall are professors in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the University of Florida. They are members of the ROI Founders' Circle to give back to radiation oncology so that the specialty can survive and thrive through vibrant research conducted by the next generation.

Drew Moghanaki, MD, MPH

Dr. Moghanaki is a Professor and Chief of Thoracic Oncology at the UCLA Department of Radiation Oncology. He holds a joint appointment at the Greater Los Angeles Veterans Affairs Medical Center where he directs patient care and research for Veterans with lung cancer. Dr. Moghanaki is a member of the ROI Founders’ Circle.

Dan Moore is the president and CEO of Radiation Business Solutions. He is a member of the ROI Founders' Circle and the ROI Development Committee.

Jatinder R. Palta, PhD, FASTRO

Dr. Palta is Professor and Chair of the Division of Medical Physics at Virginia Commonwealth University and Chief Physicist for the National Radiation Oncology Program Veterans Health Affairs. Dr. Palta and his wife Rita are Patrons in the ROI Founders’ Circle

Manisha Palta, MD

Dr. Palta is Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology at Duke University School of Medicine. She is a Mentor in the ROI Founders’ Circle and made her pledge in honor of her father Jatinder Palta, PhD, FASTRO.

William F. Regine, MD

Dr. Regine is the Isadore and Fannie Schneider Foxman Chair and professor of radiation oncology at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. He is also a Patron in the ROI Founders' Circle.

Christopher Rose, MD, FASTRO

Dr. Rose is a practicing radiation oncologist at Valley Radiotherapy Medical Group in Beverly Hills, California. He is also the Chief Technology Officer of Vantage Oncology. He and his wife, Randi, are Benefactors in the ROI Founders' Circle and he serves on the ROI Board of Trustees.

Malika Siker, MD

Dr. Siker is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at the Medical College of Wisconsin. She has been donating to the ROI since she was a resident.

Sarah Thurman, MD

Dr. Thurman is a radiation oncologist at NorthMain Radiation Oncology. Her areas of interest include breast, thoracic, skin and head and neck malignancies. Prior to joining NorthMain Radiation Oncology, Dr. Thurman was Medical Director at Massachusetts General Hospital Radiation Oncology at Newton-Wellesley Hospital, Acting Division Chief. She is also a Mentor in the ROI Founders' Circle.

Gregory M.M. Videtic, MD, CM, FRCPC, FASTRO

Dr. Videtic is the Director of Thoracic Radiation Oncology at the Cleveland Clinic. He gives annually to the ROI because it honors his patients and the people who trained him, through supporting the work of other colleagues who are trying to advance the specialty.
